Adding to the dynamic look of the trademark ombre red-orange enamel finish in fiery shades of molten iron, a gold knob tops the pot lids with a graphic pattern inspired by a crucible gripped by tongs. The round Dutch oven maintains even and consistent heat and has a smooth interior that promotes caramelization, resists stains and prevents sticking for easy cleanup. The close-fitting lid creates a blanket of heat for even cooking.
