Artist EJ Camp uses a wide-angle view and strong horizon line to exaggerate the dramatic interplay of sea and sky at Mexico's Playa del Carmen. Storm clouds in a rich array of blues and greys break just enough to lighten the water with aqua, rose and pale yellow. We love how the lacy remains of the retreating surf mirror the dynamic patterning of the scudding clouds.
