Precision forged knives feature tempered and hardened high-carbon steel blades with a long-lasting V-ground edge that's easy to sharpen. Perfectly balanced, triple-riveted synthetic handles are more sanitary than wood. The 15-slot acacia knife block holds 3 ½" paring, 8" chef's, and 8" bread knives, as well as 9" honing steel and come-apart kitchen shears, with plenty of room left over for old favorites and new additions to your cutlery collection.
