Baer's Furniture is a family-owned Florida chain—confirm at store. In-stock pieces may exchange within about two weeks (fees apply; no refund if the reselection costs less). Special orders, rugs, flooring, custom, and floor samples are final; mattress refunds aren't offered. Wells Fargo financing. White-glove delivery; Uniters protection offered. Expect exchange-oriented flexibility on in-stock—not a simple cash refund.

Baer's Furniture locations set their own terms. Confirm the details with your local store before you buy.

American Leather is a Dallas-based custom upholstery maker—founded in 1990—known for made-to-order sofas, sectionals, motion, and Comfort Sleeper® designs handcrafted in its Texas facility (company FAQ cites a large Dallas plant). Shoppers buy American Leather when they want extensive leather and fabric choices with a custom-build timeline sold through authorized retailers (not direct-to-consumer). Signature lines shoppers recognize include Comfort Sleeper, Comfort Recliner, and related motion programs such as Comfort Theatre. On the PDP, note cover category, configuration, mattress or mechanism options, and lead time; confirm the retailer’s order deposit and warranty handling. Sit in floor samples when you can; custom leather will match your selected hide character, including natural markings.
