Baer's Furniture is a family-owned Florida chain—confirm at store. In-stock pieces may exchange within about two weeks (fees apply; no refund if the reselection costs less). Special orders, rugs, flooring, custom, and floor samples are final; mattress refunds aren't offered. Wells Fargo financing. White-glove delivery; Uniters protection offered. Expect exchange-oriented flexibility on in-stock—not a simple cash refund.

Baer's Furniture locations set their own terms. Confirm the details with your local store before you buy.

Hancock And Moore is a leather-focused upholstery brand on Furnzy—founded in 1981, with operations tied to North Carolina (Rock House Farm family with Century). Premium leather seating specialist founded by Jack Glasheen and Jimmy Moore. Shoppers choose it when they want leather sofas, sectionals, or chairs with clearer hide storytelling than generic vinyl mixes. Verify top-grain versus corrected grain, protectant, and cushion specs on the PDP. Ask the retailer about leather-care kits, scratch policies, and special-order lead times before you commit. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.
