Baer's Furniture is a family-owned Florida chain—confirm at store. In-stock pieces may exchange within about two weeks (fees apply; no refund if the reselection costs less). Special orders, rugs, flooring, custom, and floor samples are final; mattress refunds aren't offered. Wells Fargo financing. White-glove delivery; Uniters protection offered. Expect exchange-oriented flexibility on in-stock—not a simple cash refund.

Universal is a sofa brand shoppers meet on Furnzy PDPs on Furnzy sofa PDPs (also listed as Universal Furniture). Public manufacturer About detail is limited this pass, so rely on the hangtag and product page for construction, cover, and warranty path. People buy these pieces for whole-home and living-room collections. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, returns, and whether the SKU is in stock or special order. Sit-test seat depth when a floor sample is available—photos understate firmness differences. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric.

Brand grade 3 sets the quality peer room for scoring — it is not bonus points added to the Furnzy Score.
