Baer's Furniture is a family-owned Florida chain—confirm at store. In-stock pieces may exchange within about two weeks (fees apply; no refund if the reselection costs less). Special orders, rugs, flooring, custom, and floor samples are final; mattress refunds aren't offered. Wells Fargo financing. White-glove delivery; Uniters protection offered. Expect exchange-oriented flexibility on in-stock—not a simple cash refund.

Flexsteel is a Dubuque, Iowa–based residential furniture maker (company materials date the lineage to 1893) known for sofas, recliners, and motion seating built around its patented Blue Steel Spring™. Official About copy highlights a lifetime guarantee story on that spring and distribution through more than 1,300 retail locations nationwide, plus sister labels such as Charisma and Homestyles on some assortments. Shoppers buy Flexsteel when they want supportive seating sold through independent and regional furniture retailers. Look for spring and frame notes on the PDP, plus fabric or leather grade, cushion options, and any power motion features. Confirm the selling retailer’s delivery schedule and how warranty service is handled locally after delivery.
