Bel Furniture is a retailer house brand on Furnzy—founded in 1999, with operations tied to Katy / Houston, Texas area. Texas regional furniture retailer and house brand founded by brothers Saeid and Jamal Mollai. Shoppers buy these pieces for living-room seating sold under the store's own label rather than a separate national factory story. Covers and construction vary by SKU, so lean on the product page for fabric or leather notes, fill, and dimensions. House brands inherit the retailer's delivery, financing, and return rules—ask whether the piece is regular stock, clearance, or special order before you pay. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.

Brand grade 3 sets the quality peer room for scoring — it is not bonus points added to the Furnzy Score.
