Bob's Discount Furniture is a national value chain. Once furniture is received, preference returns are largely limited to specific warranty/defect cases—not a broad try-at-home window. Mattresses often have a longer reselection/refund path (about 90 days, less original delivery). Synchrony (+ Fortiva/Affirm/Klarna). White-glove, threshold, or pickup. Goof Proof protection offered. Read the category-specific returns help article for furniture vs mattress rules.

Bob’s Discount Furniture is a national value retailer and brand—widely documented as founded in 1991—that shoppers know for promotional sofas, sectionals, and room packages. People buy Bob’s seating when price, financing teasers, and fast in-stock selection matter most. Covers and constructions vary widely by SKU—use the PDP checklist for fabric content, frame notes, and dimensions. Confirm Bob’s delivery fees, return window, and whether your piece is clearance or regular stock before you checkout. If a financing teaser draws you in, still confirm APR disclosures and whether the sofa SKU qualifies. Measure doorways before delivery day; promotional pricing does not help if the sectional cannot make the turn.
