Furniture Row is a national chain with a hard post-receipt rule: once you've received goods, expect exchange-only—no refund. Special/custom orders are generally non-cancellable after about 72 hours. Financing is Synchrony. Home delivery with setup or free store pickup; delivery fees vary by location. Ask about exchange logistics and who pays return transport before the order ships.

Furniture Row locations set their own terms. Confirm the details with your local store before you buy.

Westwood appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Likely Westwood Design nursery furniture alias on Furnzy tags. Shoppers should buy on the merits of the exact SKU—cover content, cushion notes, mechanism type, and dimensions on the product page—rather than an assumed brand biography. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.
