Furniture Row is a national chain with a hard post-receipt rule: once you've received goods, expect exchange-only—no refund. Special/custom orders are generally non-cancellable after about 72 hours. Financing is Synchrony. Home delivery with setup or free store pickup; delivery fees vary by location. Ask about exchange logistics and who pays return transport before the order ships.

Furniture Row locations set their own terms. Confirm the details with your local store before you buy.

New Classic is a furniture brand shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs at Furniture Row People usually buy New Classic for value living-room packages. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, special-order deposits, and return rules for that exact model. Catalog median sofa prices trend mid-to-upper for this book; expect to pay for cover choices and configuration. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric. Prefer comparing hangtag construction notes when similar silhouettes from other makers sit on the same floor.
