Furniture Row is a national chain with a hard post-receipt rule: once you've received goods, expect exchange-only—no refund. Special/custom orders are generally non-cancellable after about 72 hours. Financing is Synchrony. Home delivery with setup or free store pickup; delivery fees vary by location. Ask about exchange logistics and who pays return transport before the order ships.

Furniture Row locations set their own terms. Confirm the details with your local store before you buy.

Westwood appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Likely Westwood Design nursery furniture alias on Furnzy tags.
