HOM Furniture is an Upper Midwest regional with a love-guarantee vibe on regularly stocked pieces: about 7 days for exchange, one reselection, or refund when like-new. Custom, flooring, lift chairs, mattresses, clearance, and design/delivery fees are excluded; factory-direct returns can carry fees. Financing is Synchrony. Delivery is typically packaged to garage or first-floor entry; store pickup is available. A protection plan is sold; skim exclusions on mattresses and custom before you buy.

HOM Furniture is a Midwest retailer and house brand on Furnzy—sofas and sectionals sold under the HOM line at HOM stores. Official company materials place founding in 1973 and headquarters plus main distribution in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, with showrooms across upper Midwestern states including Minnesota, Iowa, the Dakotas, and Wisconsin. Shoppers buy these pieces for practical living-room sets that fit HOM’s value-to-mid assortment and in-store design help. Covers and styles track what is on the floor and site. Check the PDP for fabric, configuration, and motion features, then confirm HOM’s delivery, pickup, and return rules for stock vs special order. Alias matching to Hom helps when invoices shorten the name on house-brand tickets.
