HOM Furniture is an Upper Midwest regional with a love-guarantee vibe on regularly stocked pieces: about 7 days for exchange, one reselection, or refund when like-new. Custom, flooring, lift chairs, mattresses, clearance, and design/delivery fees are excluded; factory-direct returns can carry fees. Financing is Synchrony. Delivery is typically packaged to garage or first-floor entry; store pickup is available. A protection plan is sold; skim exclusions on mattresses and custom before you buy.

A.r.t. Furniture is a furniture brand shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs at Raymour & Flanigan People usually buy A.r.t. Furniture for whole-home collections with sofas. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, special-order deposits, and return rules for that exact model. Catalog median sofa prices trend mid-to-upper for this book; expect to pay for cover choices and configuration. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric. Prefer comparing hangtag construction notes when similar silhouettes from other makers sit on the same floor.
