HOM Furniture is an Upper Midwest regional with a love-guarantee vibe on regularly stocked pieces: about 7 days for exchange, one reselection, or refund when like-new. Custom, flooring, lift chairs, mattresses, clearance, and design/delivery fees are excluded; factory-direct returns can carry fees. Financing is Synchrony. Delivery is typically packaged to garage or first-floor entry; store pickup is available. A protection plan is sold; skim exclusions on mattresses and custom before you buy.

Fine Furniture (also listed as Fine) appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Generic-leaning fine furniture label on Furnzy—confirm the exact legal maker on the tag. Shoppers should buy on the merits of the exact SKU—cover content, cushion notes, mechanism type, and dimensions on the product page—rather than an assumed brand biography. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.
