HOM Furniture is an Upper Midwest regional with a love-guarantee vibe on regularly stocked pieces: about 7 days for exchange, one reselection, or refund when like-new. Custom, flooring, lift chairs, mattresses, clearance, and design/delivery fees are excluded; factory-direct returns can carry fees. Financing is Synchrony. Delivery is typically packaged to garage or first-floor entry; store pickup is available. A protection plan is sold; skim exclusions on mattresses and custom before you buy.

Shoppers buy these for powered massage chairs more than conventional showroom sofas. Read the PDP for roller type, intensity programs, footprint, and electrical requirements. Confirm white-glove delivery, warranty registration, and return windows—massage chairs often have stricter policies after acceptance. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.
