Living Spaces brings a modern, value-forward mix of furniture across the West and beyond. Regular stock generally has a short 7-day return window with about a 10% restocking fee; custom and as-is pieces are not returnable. Financing is through Synchrony. Delivery options include full-service white-glove or simpler drop-off, and you can pick up at the store. A Care Free–style protection plan is available.

Living Spaces is both a West-leaning furniture retailer—company and trade coverage place its start in Rancho Cucamonga, California, in 2003—and a house brand on Furnzy sofa listings sold through that retailer. Shoppers buy these pieces for modern, value-minded sofas and sectionals that match the store’s contemporary look, including modular and fixed layouts for open floor plans. Covers and configurations vary by floor sample and online SKU. Because it is a house line, treat the Living Spaces product page and store policy as the source of truth for fabric details, delivery, returns, and any protection plan—not a separate factory warranty desk. Confirm custom vs as-is status before you put money down.
