Special orders are non-cancellable/non-refundable; clearance/as-is is final. Financing is showroom-based (issuer not named online). In-home delivery; store pickup. Platinum Protection is non-refundable once purchased. Ask the showroom which finance partner they use—the issuer isn’t named online.

Dovetail Furniture appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Trade and retail furniture brand known for solid-wood and artisan-leaning case goods; sofa listings should be verified on the hangtag. Shoppers should buy on the merits of the exact SKU—cover content, cushion notes, mechanism type, and dimensions on the product page—rather than an assumed brand biography. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.
