MOR Furniture is a West Coast–oriented regional with a tight clock: notify within about 48 hours of receipt or you generally lose return/reselect/refund rights, then get goods back to a local warehouse quickly (about 7 days) in original condition. Custom, floor samples, mattresses/bases, and accessories are out. Synchrony (+ Affirm). White-glove or doorstep; warehouse pickup. Mor SafeGuard protection.

Monarch appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Common furniture brand and importer name—multiple Monarch entities exist; match the hangtag and retailer. Shoppers should buy on the merits of the exact SKU—cover content, cushion notes, mechanism type, and dimensions on the product page—rather than an assumed brand biography. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.
