MOR Furniture is a West Coast–oriented regional with a tight clock: notify within about 48 hours of receipt or you generally lose return/reselect/refund rights, then get goods back to a local warehouse quickly (about 7 days) in original condition. Custom, floor samples, mattresses/bases, and accessories are out. Synchrony (+ Affirm). White-glove or doorstep; warehouse pickup. Mor SafeGuard protection.

MOR Furniture is a West-leaning retailer and house brand on Furnzy sofa listings sold through MOR. Shoppers buy these sofas and sectionals for living-room seating that matches MOR’s showroom assortment and promotional calendar across Western markets. Covers and builds are SKU-specific. Use the product page for materials and dimensions, and confirm MOR’s delivery, financing, and return policies—especially on custom or clearance pieces. When MOR places national brands beside house pieces, compare specs and policies line by line. Confirm final-sale vs preference windows on custom and clearance pieces.

Brand grade 2 sets the quality peer room for scoring — it is not bonus points added to the Furnzy Score.
