MOR Furniture is a West Coast–oriented regional with a tight clock: notify within about 48 hours of receipt or you generally lose return/reselect/refund rights, then get goods back to a local warehouse quickly (about 7 days) in original condition. Custom, floor samples, mattresses/bases, and accessories are out. Synchrony (+ Affirm). White-glove or doorstep; warehouse pickup. Mor SafeGuard protection.

Kmov is a sofa brand shoppers meet on Furnzy PDPs on Furnzy sofa PDPs. Public manufacturer About detail is limited this pass, so rely on the hangtag and product page for construction, cover, and warranty path. People buy these pieces for sofas. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, returns, and whether the SKU is in stock or special order. Sit-test seat depth when a floor sample is available—photos understate firmness differences. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric.
