Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Sunpan Modern Home (SUNPAN) is a design-oriented furnishings brand—Toronto-based trade supplier trusted by designers and retailers—that Furnzy sees on select retailer floors (including Raymour & Flanigan in our catalog). Official materials describe a B2B focus on modern and transitional whole-home furnishings with showrooms in Toronto, High Point, and Las Vegas and a large catalog spanning seating plus related categories. Shoppers buy Sunpan for contemporary sofas and statement living-room pieces with a boutique-modern aesthetic. Confirm the selling retailer’s special-order lead time, delivery, deposits, and return rules—design-trade timelines can differ from floor-stock. Sit-test when possible—modern deep seats and firm cushions vary, and showroom lighting can hide fabric sheen.

Brand grade 5 sets the quality peer room for scoring — it is not bonus points added to the Furnzy Score.
