Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Hooker Furniture Corp. is a furniture brand shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs at Raymour & Flanigan—company and trade materials place founding in 1924 and associate operations or headquarters with Martinsville, Virginia— People usually buy Hooker Furniture Corp. for premium living-room and whole-home collections. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, special-order deposits, and return rules for that exact model. Catalog median sofa prices sit in a high-ticket band; confirm deposits, lead times, and delivery fees before you commit. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric.
