Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Westwood Design appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Nursery furniture manufacturer known for cribs and youth bedroom; may appear on glider and nursery seating PDPs. Shoppers should buy on the merits of the exact SKU—cover content, cushion notes, mechanism type, and dimensions on the product page—rather than an assumed brand biography. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.
