Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Homeroots appears on Furnzy sofa listings through select retailers (including Raymour & Flanigan in our share). Shoppers buy Homeroots for living-room sofas and sectionals in that retailer’s assortment—treat each PDP’s materials, cushion notes, and dimensions as the guide. Confirm the selling store’s delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.

Brand grade 2 sets the quality peer room for scoring — it is not bonus points added to the Furnzy Score.
