Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Bernhardt is a Lenoir, North Carolina heritage furniture maker—official Who We Are materials date founding to 1889 by John Mathias Bernhardt—that shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs at multiple retailers. Also listed as Bernhardt Furniture. People buy Bernhardt for elevated sofas and living-room collections with a design-forward, materials-rich aesthetic. Company materials emphasize family ownership across generations and North Carolina manufacturing depth. On the PDP, review cover or leather details, dimensions, and custom vs stock status, then confirm the retailer’s lead times, deposits, and white-glove delivery options. Prefer comparing fabric and finish samples in a showroom when daylight shifts matter, and confirm custom lead times and deposits before you lock a cover.

Brand grade 4 sets the quality peer room for scoring — it is not bonus points added to the Furnzy Score.
