Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Fjords Usa is a motion and reclining seating brand on Furnzy—1941 Fjords/IMG Norwegian comfort seating lineage. Norwegian-rooted recliner and comfort seating distributed in the U.S. as Fjords. People buy it for power or manual recliners, reclining sofas, and motion sectionals. Compare wall-clearance, seat depth, and mechanism notes on the product page. Confirm how the retailer handles mechanism service, delivery path measurements, and returns after acceptance. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.
