Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Klaussner (also listed as Klaussner Furniture) is a furniture maker shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs sold through Living Spaces—1963 lineage as Stuart Furniture Industries; Klaussner name after 1979 ownership change, with operations tied to Asheboro, North Carolina (historic). Historic North Carolina upholstery wholesaler; company permanently closed in 2023—remaining retail inventory may still appear on floors. People usually buy the brand for living-room sofas, loveseats, and sectionals meant for real homes rather than showroom-only styling. Covers range by collection—treat fabric content, cushion description, and dimensions on the product page as authoritative. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery path, final-sale rules after acceptance, and any protection plan on the order ticket. Median sofa price in our catalog share sits near $575, useful only as a ballpark versus the exact SKU. Note: company closed 2023.
