Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Raymour & Flanigan is a retailer house brand on Furnzy—Raymour roots 1946-47 Syracuse; Raymour & Flanigan name after 1990 Flanigan acquisition, with operations tied to Northeast U.S. regional retailer. Major Northeast furniture retailer; house and exclusive lines appear under the Raymour & Flanigan name on Furnzy. Shoppers buy these pieces for living-room seating sold under the store's own label rather than a separate national factory story. Covers and construction vary by SKU, so lean on the product page for fabric or leather notes, fill, and dimensions. House brands inherit the retailer's delivery, financing, and return rules—ask whether the piece is regular stock, clearance, or special order before you pay.
