Le Creuset turns up the heat to celebrate its 100th anniversary year with Flamme Doree ("golden flame") a special edition of its iconic Flame cast iron cookware. Adding to the dynamic look of the trademark ombre red-orange enamel finish in fiery shades of molten iron, a gold knob tops the pot lids with a graphic pattern inspired by a crucible gripped by tongs. The braiser pan is crafted with a specially designed "all-round" lip for drip-free pouring with either hand, and the close-fitting lid creates a blanket of heat for even cooking and superb braising.
