Arhaus is a national chain known for artisan-inspired furniture and rugs. Stock furniture and rugs generally return within about 14 days with a 10% restocking fee when it's not a defect/damage claim. Financing is Comenity. White-glove delivery is published around $349 (higher for oversized). A protection plan is offered. Confirm oversized fees and whether your SKU is stock vs custom before you buy.

Arhaus is a design-forward furniture retailer and brand—founded in 1986 and headquartered in Boston Heights, Ohio—that shoppers associate with elevated sofas, sectionals, and living-room collections in a modern-organic aesthetic. Official materials emphasize responsibly sourced, artisan-crafted furnishings and a vertical model that includes upholstery manufacturing plus global artisan partners, including a North Carolina manufacturing and distribution campus. People buy Arhaus when they want distinctive silhouettes, rich materials, and a branded showroom experience rather than a multi-line discount floor. On Furnzy PDPs, review dimensions, material notes, modular vs fixed layout, and whether the piece is custom order, then confirm Arhaus delivery, lead times, deposits, and return rules for that SKU. Prefer comparing finish samples in a showroom when natural materials and daylight shifts matter for a whole-room project.
