After delivery or pickup, sales are generally final (no cash refunds); some unopened eligible items may get store-credit reselection within about 24 hours. Custom/special order and clearance are final. Day-of cancel can mean about 25% restock. Synchrony (plus Affirm/Progressive). Drop-off or Premium delivery; free local pickup. Protection offered.
