Ethan Allen is a custom-maker brand: custom pieces are not returnable. Eligible non-custom goods generally have about a 10-day window with roughly a 15% restocking fee. Financing is Comenity. Premier in-home delivery; Design Center pickup is not offered. A protection plan is available. Treat custom orders as final; use the non-custom window only for eligible stock.

Ethan Allen is a vertically integrated American furniture retailer and manufacturer—company history places founding in 1932 with executive offices in Danbury, Connecticut—that appears on Furnzy as a house-brand sofa assortment sold through Ethan Allen design centers. People buy Ethan Allen for customizable sofas and sectionals with design-center guidance, a broad fabric library, and substantial North American production claims in company materials. Because it is a house line, treat Ethan Allen’s product page and store policies as the source of truth for covers, lead times, delivery, and returns. Bring swatches home under your lighting, and confirm custom lead times, deposits, and return rules at the design center before you commit.
