Furniture Row is a national chain with a hard post-receipt rule: once you've received goods, expect exchange-only—no refund. Special/custom orders are generally non-cancellable after about 72 hours. Financing is Synchrony. Home delivery with setup or free store pickup; delivery fees vary by location. Ask about exchange logistics and who pays return transport before the order ships.

Furniture Row locations set their own terms. Confirm the details with your local store before you buy.

Creation Italia is a furniture brand shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs at Furniture Fair People usually buy Creation Italia for leather/Italian-style sofas. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, special-order deposits, and return rules for that exact model. Ask for leather swatches and clarify what scratches or color transfer the warranty covers. Catalog median sofa prices skew premium in our book—budget for better covers, leather grades, or custom options. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric.
