Stock furniture inside the service area generally allows a short reselect/cancel window (about 7 days) with a 25% handling fee; mattresses, special orders, floor samples, and outside-area freight are typically final. Financing is through Synchrony (Epic Pay/AFF also referenced). Doorstep or white-glove delivery; free warehouse pickup in Auburn Hills.

Relax-a-lounger appears on Furnzy seating PDPs with limited public factory storytelling. Recliner and lounge seating brand name common in value and e-commerce assortments. Shoppers should buy on the merits of the exact SKU—cover content, cushion notes, mechanism type, and dimensions on the product page—rather than an assumed brand biography. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery and return rules, especially after acceptance, before you schedule the truck. Ask how damages are handled on delivery day before you sign.
