HOM Furniture is an Upper Midwest regional with a love-guarantee vibe on regularly stocked pieces: about 7 days for exchange, one reselection, or refund when like-new. Custom, flooring, lift chairs, mattresses, clearance, and design/delivery fees are excluded; factory-direct returns can carry fees. Financing is Synchrony. Delivery is typically packaged to garage or first-floor entry; store pickup is available. A protection plan is sold; skim exclusions on mattresses and custom before you buy.

Omnia (also listed as Omnia Leather) is a leather-focused upholstery brand on Furnzy—founded in 1989, with operations tied to Chino, California. Family-run made-to-order leather upholstery manufactured by hand in California; founders Salvatore Zolferino and Emilio Nastri. Shoppers choose it when they want leather sofas, sectionals, or chairs with clearer hide storytelling than generic vinyl mixes. Verify top-grain versus corrected grain, protectant, and cushion specs on the PDP. Ask the retailer about leather-care kits, scratch policies, and special-order lead times before you commit. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.
