HOM Furniture is an Upper Midwest regional with a love-guarantee vibe on regularly stocked pieces: about 7 days for exchange, one reselection, or refund when like-new. Custom, flooring, lift chairs, mattresses, clearance, and design/delivery fees are excluded; factory-direct returns can carry fees. Financing is Synchrony. Delivery is typically packaged to garage or first-floor entry; store pickup is available. A protection plan is sold; skim exclusions on mattresses and custom before you buy.

Thomas Cole Designs is a sofa brand shoppers meet on Furnzy PDPs at HOM Furniture. Public manufacturer About detail is limited this pass, so rely on the hangtag and product page for construction, cover, and warranty path. People buy these pieces for retailer-floor sofas. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, returns, and whether the SKU is in stock or special order. Sit-test seat depth when a floor sample is available—photos understate firmness differences. Catalog median sofa prices land in a mainstream living-room range; compare fabric grade and seat construction before you decide.
