Kittle's Furniture has one of the stricter regional policies: except limited cases like fabric samples and loaner rugs, there are no returns after merchandise is delivered or picked up. As-is clearance is final. Cancels after about 72 hours can mean ~10% on stock / ~20% on special. Synchrony financing. In-home delivery; pickup available. Protection offered. Protection is offered if you want coverage instead of a preference-return path.

Smith Brothers is a furniture brand shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs on Furnzy sofa PDPs—company and trade materials place founding in 1926 and associate operations or headquarters with Berne, Indiana— People usually buy Smith Brothers for custom fabric/leather sofas. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, special-order deposits, and return rules for that exact model. Ask for leather swatches and clarify what scratches or color transfer the warranty covers. Custom covers often mean deposits and limited preference returns—get those rules in writing. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric.
