MOR Furniture is a West Coast–oriented regional with a tight clock: notify within about 48 hours of receipt or you generally lose return/reselect/refund rights, then get goods back to a local warehouse quickly (about 7 days) in original condition. Custom, floor samples, mattresses/bases, and accessories are out. Synchrony (+ Affirm). White-glove or doorstep; warehouse pickup. Mor SafeGuard protection.

Cozzia appears on Furnzy as a home wellness and massage seating brand—founded in 2008. Massage chair and wellness seating brand for home use. Shoppers buy these for powered massage chairs more than conventional showroom sofas. Read the PDP for roller type, intensity programs, footprint, and electrical requirements. Confirm white-glove delivery, warranty registration, and return windows—massage chairs often have stricter policies after acceptance. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.
