Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Coe Distributors is a furniture brand shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs at Raymour & Flanigan People usually buy Coe Distributors for sofas. On the PDP, check fabric grade or leather type, cushion notes, and dimensions, then confirm the selling retailer’s delivery window, special-order deposits, and return rules for that exact model. Catalog median sofa prices trend mid-to-upper for this book; expect to pay for cover choices and configuration. Ask whether white-glove delivery or curb-side drop-off applies to your ZIP, and confirm how long special-order covers currently take before you lock a fabric. Prefer comparing hangtag construction notes when similar silhouettes from other makers sit on the same floor.
