Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Armen Living is a contemporary furniture brand—Southern California–based wholesale designer/manufacturer with company materials citing a 40-plus-year history and a Valencia, CA distribution office—that shoppers meet for modern sofas, sectionals, and accent seating at multi-line retailers. People buy Armen Living when they want fashion silhouettes and statement shapes without a full custom upholstery program. Check cover material, frame notes, and dimensions on the PDP. Confirm the retailer’s delivery, assembly, and return window for the SKU. Ask for care sheets when mixed wood and upholstery finishes share one frame. Confirm whether legs ship attached or separately so assembly expectations are clear at delivery.
