Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Southern Motion is a Pontotoc, Mississippi motion-upholstery specialist—official About materials date founding to 1996—that shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs across multiple retailers. People buy Southern Motion for reclining sofas, sectionals, and chairs that combine motion comfort with transitional styling. Company materials describe a motion-first manufacturing focus that later combined with Fusion Furniture under Southern Furniture Industries. On the PDP, check mechanism type (power vs manual), wall clearance, cover, and seat construction, then confirm the retailer’s delivery path and how motion warranty service is scheduled. Sit-test power samples for noise and lumbar feel before you special-order a cover, and ask how mechanism service is scheduled after delivery.
