Raymour & Flanigan is a big Northeast regional furniture and mattress retailer. Plan carefully: once you accept delivery or pickup, most accepted furniture is final—no returns or refunds. A limited exception applies to items labeled Free Shipping (request within 72 hours, new in original packaging, with restocking). Area rugs and special orders follow separate rules. Financing runs through TD Bank (with other partners on some pages). Expect white-glove delivery; showroom pickup is available. Platinum Protection is offered.

Theodore Alexander is a furniture maker shoppers meet on Furnzy sofa PDPs in Furnzy's sofa catalog—founded in 1996. Luxury case goods and upholstery brand founded by Paul Maitland-Smith; traditional and transitional statement furniture. People usually buy the brand for living-room sofas, loveseats, and sectionals meant for real homes rather than showroom-only styling. Covers range by collection—treat fabric content, cushion description, and dimensions on the product page as authoritative. Confirm the selling retailer's delivery path, final-sale rules after acceptance, and any protection plan on the order ticket. Sit-test when a floor sample exists, and ask whether the cover is a stock fabric or a special-order cover option. Re-check pathway measurements and the retailer's current return page on the day you buy.
